Refund policy

There is a 15 day window to return items. (Begins when your item is delivered)
Step 1: Email gypsydreamsboutique.contact@gmail.com with subject heading “RETURN”. If the subject does not say “RETURN”, there is a good chance I will miss it, as I am a one-woman show. I will provide you with the return address. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. All items being returned must be in new condition, with tags attached. We do not do exchanges. If you would like a different size you will need to return the item and purchase the correct size. All sale items, Pre-order items, pet items, shoes, bodysuits, daily deal social media items, hats, swim, Avery’s personal closet items, Bags/wallets/purses, home decor, Bridal Collection items, jewelry and grab bags of all types are final sale.  WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT! The customer will receive store credit of the value of the item as stated on the website the day it is received back to us. For example, if a customer purchases an item for $40 and wishes to return it. But, this item has gone on sale for $30 since she purchased it. When we receive the item back , check it over and issue her store credit, she will receive $30 in store credit, as that is the current website value of the item.
